This image showed up in a dream
about a year after I took it. I was lying on my side watching a figure
run in place next to my bed only the the figure was THIS image i.e. the
figure had this image for its torso (it had no head) and it had three
legs running one after the other in continuous motion. I recall thinking how tired I felt
from the running though they weren't my legs. In the morning, I decided
they were my legs or a version of my legs: and that the image had
turned itself into a self-portrait by returning to me in a dream . . .
